Swati is a distinguished alumna of Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University (SNDT Women’s University), Mumbai, where she completed her Postgraduate studies in Industrial Psychology. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mumbai University. Additionally, she has pursued certifications in Organizational Development from TISS & ODA and Brain Based Executive Coaching through NLI, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
